    1. 4.5Again, it DOES go against my tendency to hate short stories. But I laughed. I love to laugh, especially when I write things that CAN get me down. So, if you need a quick chuckle-read this!

    2. A nice little short paranormal story. David is such a dork it's cute, the banter between the main characters gives a few laughs. At first I though it was a bit weird how they just instantly like each other only after just hearing each others voice over the phone but then readers come to the part of the story where things aren't as they seem.

    3. Ok short parnormal m/m holiday romance about a med student, in denial about being gay, who's visiting friends in New York City for the holidays. The paranormal aspect of the story took my completely by surprise, but I guess it makes the insta-love more acceptable

    4. David's accidentally speed dial on someone's phone leads him to meet Nicolai, a handsome alien vampairee , whatever. It's funny, love at first sight with some alien. But well, at least Nicolai is cute, sexy and love him. And belonged to David. Best Christmas ever ! Even for a Jewish David :)

    5. David is in denial about being gay.A prank call turns into insta-love.I didn't care for the paranormal portionbut insta-love is more acceptable to me when it's shifters or vampires it did help with the insta-love.I liked David, he was kinda cute.

    6. Not quite 4 stars.I found this to be a very cute holiday short. David Gilden loves NYC but can't afford to live there. When his good friend invites him for the holidays, he accepts. When they are out at a bar, one of his friends finds a phone and they decide to call one of the speed dial numbers as a prank. When David hears the voice on the other line, he knows he's in trouble. David is not of the closet, in fact, he doesn't even think he's gay he? When he agrees to meet the man on the other lin [...]

    7. This was a really fun read. I'm still chuckling. A somewhat surprisig take on vampires linked to a Jewish guy during Christmas - I mean, can it get much more crazy?David runs into hot-looking broker Nicholai when he visits friends in New York over the Christmas holidays. He's been denying the fact that he's gay but meeting Nicholai makes him realize there is no point. The two men hit it off so well that not even Nicholai's revelations about being an alien Vampeaerii from another planet can deter [...]

    8. this one had a plot twist which i didn't see coming and i loved it sometimes i read without reading the blurb or see the tags but it was a nice surprise.Back to the story David out with friends they find a phone and one of the friends think is funny to give a prank call to someone and that someone is Nicholai. And of course david is the one to give the phone to the person. and things lead from there to one hot date.

    9. I think this books has some pretty funny moments and some endearing geekyness that made me smile. I found a lot of it touching. I wish it hadn't thrown in the paranormal stuff. I think it was just a little too much to add into all the other elements. AndI would not count any of those boys that desereted him to meet a strange man alone on the street by himself any kind of friends.

    10. Insta love holiday short with a virginal character and the other one a mysterious being that meet in NYC over delivering a lost phone to the other. It was sugar sweet, thin on plot, but pretty cute all the same.

    11. Davey is so self deprecating, and his inner monologues are so funny, that I liked him immediately. Nicholas was at first too sure of himself, but he ends up being so lovely.
