    1. This was fluffy and short; I finished it all in one sitting. It's an average teen magic book, but it kept me entertained. The author took common knowledge about witches--potions, broomsticks, wands--and transformed it into a story with a modern setting. To me, the book is okay--the plot isn't unique, the magic isn't explained enough, and most of the characters are predictable. Even the message behind their solution to defeating the warlocks is a bit overused. The plot is the usual "magical girls [...]

    2. This is very much a 'tweens to YA novel that's on the cute side. So very young, if you're after a mature YA to NA novel, this is not it.

    4. I loved this! I haven't read very many witch stories, so I was excited to read this one, and I'm so glad I did because it was awesome! I love that the characters actually use their witch powers! I hate when people have powers in books, but they rarely use them, but that wasn't the case in this book! There's cauldrons, potions, and broomsticks! I love how there are classic witchy things, but there is a modern twist to them! Cauldron Bubble is about twin sisters, Destiny and Fate, who are 18 years [...]

    5. " little pink bubbles hummed to the surface, rose and danced across the ceiling. One popped"Cauldron Bubble tells the story of twin witches, Fate and Destiny. The girls are potion witches (as opposed to warrior witches) who live with their mother away from the rest of the coven. The twins delight in creating a variety of potions, including a love potion that has managed to get them expelled from school on three separate occasions. Quinn is the son of a warrior witch - he has no powers of his own [...]

    6. Very Charming and Spellbinding read.I am always a fan of Magical books and this story does not disappoint. The world created in this book grabs the reader and it is a exciting and action filled ride. The relationships are complex and well written does not feel rushed or exaggerated in any way. Defiantly a very promising start to what looks to be a very entertaining Series. I look forward to more.

    7. Such a great read, especially around halloween! Really unique take on witches. Can't wait for the next one.

    8. This is a slightly altered version of the review I've posted on Audible:It's an audiobook I'd recommend to everyone who likes YA fantasy/paranormal novels. The story is fast paced, with a lot of action and quite a bit of magic, and the main characters are really likeable. It is engaging enough to have kept me listen to it in one day (and it's almost 8 hours long:))The story is quite simple: warlocks kill witches to steal their magical powers; witches lose the battle cause there are no more potio [...]

    9. Fate and Destiny are twin potions witches, one light and one dark. They live with their mother, outcast from any coven, and create their own love potions to sell to their classmates. Their aunt, a warrior witch, occasionally shows up to request new potions to aid in the fight against the warlocks. But what Fate and Destiny don't know is that all the other potion witches have been killed, and without their backup the witches are slowly losing the war.The girls start at a new school and Destiny ru [...]

    10. Oh boy that was freaking amazing!I don't normally read books solely about witches. But I'm in love with this author and have been socking up on all her books. I love the writing style and the strong characters she creates. She destroys cliché's and YA tropes all while bringing in new fresh material and unique plots. Right from the start I was hooked, the way the twins where introduced had me. They're witty, snarky, strong, loyal and they love their mom. This whole book was geared towards them a [...]

    11. Love, Fate and DestinyFate and Destiny are twin witches. They've grown up with their mother and no coven their whole lives. High school is where they weave their spells and sell their potions, making a lot of money. However, they've been creating a bit of trouble for themselves getting caught. It's not until they transfer into their third school, that the past their mother was trying to keep them from finally catches up with them. A prophecy: one light, one dark. Many secrets are revealed, along [...]

    12. "Well written MG/nouveau YA paranormal "Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?I doubt my friends would indulge in this intended age group audience. What did you like best about this story? It was well written and the characters were developed and evolved with the story. It was nicely paced and kept the teen angst to a minimum. It especially rocked because of the absence of love triangles! What about Lori Prince’s performance did you like?Lori had a wonderful tone for this gen [...]

    13. Twin witches Destiny and Fate are in the middle of a prophecy about saving the world. They work with a few allies to fight the Warlocks, witches who turned into monsters by stealing the power from other witches. That's about the gist of it, which in itself is not too badbut it just didn't come together for me. The "bars" directing Destiny's' brain made no senseFate's constant need for validation was incredibly annoyingd Alina being a big baby and not dealing with life was really stupid. And fina [...]

    14. What I liked:- Destiny & Fate. They were fun characters and had a good relationship that was close and supportive but they were still individual.- Destiny & Quin. They were quite amusing particularly in the beginning when they were both obviously crushing on one another and pretending they weren't.- The writing style. I enjoyed the flow and the dialogue and most of the secondary characters as well.- All the stuff set in the school, especially Detiny & Quni's interactions up to and in [...]

    15. My review is based on the Audiobook. Cauldron Bubble was a great story. Destiny & Fate are likeable and relatable. I was captivated from beginning to end. Wendy Knight threw in the perfect mix of magic and romance. Lori Prince was a great choice for narrator. The character voices were distinguishable and the story easy to follow. Perfect pacing! I am really looking forward to seeing where the Twins magical journey will lead and will definitely be buying more in this series. I was given this [...]

    16. This made a great start to a new young adult paranormal romance trilogy. I enjoyed getting to know the sisters. Fate and Destiny made great family and their mom too. I'm dying to know more about Fate and her boyfriend Damien. Book 2 is focused on them I believe. Destiny and Quin were fun characters. I love the whole hate/chemistry they had going on. Oh and the class Chemistry as well. Fun stuff. Prophecies are always interesting and the villain is not surprising but good at being a villain for s [...]

    17. I snagged this for free as part of an giveaway and am so glad when it got to the top of my TBR list that I dug into it. Witchy stuff isn't usually my bag but the characters sucked me in straight away. Destiny and Fate are very engaging as primaries and I enjoyed reading about their mishaps and catastrophes. As a series starter I thought it was excellent and will be sure to dig in again. Romance plays a huge part in the story line and if I had a complaint, it would be that one of the budding att [...]

    18. Fantasy ZombiesIf you had ever asked me if I'd read and enjoyed a zombie book, I would have told you no, but that was before I read this sweet story about love versus hate. Apparently you can put zombies in a fantasy setting and make them interesting if you're .Wendy Knight. The characters were fun to get to know as well. Characters make or break any story and I'd love to know the main characters in this book. There was some swearing, which was disappointing. Great read overall.

    19. Cauldron Bubble: Toil and Trouble volume one by Wendy Knight was a great Read. Destiny and Fate are not only twins but best friends. They are the daughters of an outcast witch. They are love potion experts that sell their potions at their school. Quinn is the son of a witch who is trying to save his mom after she is left in a coma. I enjoyed reading this book and can't wait to read the rest of the series.

    20. "Great start to an interesting series."This is a wonderful paranormal (witchy) story I recommend from teens and up. I really liked the twins. They were funny and I love how they were so close to each other, unlike some other sisters. I liked the cocky Quinn, but even more so when he wasn't quite so cocky. I look forward to the next book. I voluntarily reviewed this audiobook after receiving a free copy I requested.

    21. This is such a great book! I had so much fun reading it, I could not put it down. It's lighthearted and hopeful and cute and suspenseful and mysterious and has great characters to top it off. Shows off girl power which is an added bonus to me and has great family dynamics and support. Loved every page.

    22. Cauldron Bubble by Wendy Knight ***** Great story! So good! There is an ancient prophecy about the fun loving twins, who are potion witches that will save the world. Never a dull moment with love, danger, potions and war. And some teenage fun. I really enjoyed this story & couldn't put it down until I finished it. Disclosure: I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily reviewed it.

    23. Aww, I loved Cauldron Bubble!! This sweet, action packed adventure will have you believing in love at first sight. Just because love comes from a potion, doesn't mean it isn't real.Wendy makes you fall in love with her characters time and time again. Grab this book and a cauldron and let the fun begin!

    24. Okay, honestly this genre is not my cup of tea. However, I decided to try it because I was fascinated with the about book and wanted to try it. Why book 2 is on unlimited and book one is not is beyond me. Having that over with I will say it was interesting. Good story line. I love the love potion thing and it was creative. Well written and fun. I'm on the next book.

    25. Double Double Toil and TroubleTwin potion witches find out their destiny is to fight warlocks! The twins get in trouble making love potions, but who knows, maybe it will come in handy

    26. Wendy Knight does it again! Here is yet another amazing book by the awesome Wendy Knight! A great story with wonderful characters. This book was a page Turner for me. I simply could not put it down. I highly recommend it!

    27. very witchy!!!Love this storyline!!!! magic and love and danger at every turn! Worth reading, very enjoyable! Worthy stories are my fave kind!!!!

    28. Witchy adventureTwins who are witches getting into adventures from the very start. They are potion witches who are trying to win a war while living there senior year.

    29. Wow! Loved this book, it was light hearted but had a story. Witty but not over the top. Witches with a difference and a little love story, that isn't really a love story, because true love doesn't exist if it comes out of a potion bottle right? And on top of that you get two strong females who ultimately save the world one potion at a time. If you don't normally read stories that are like this, make an exception because Wendy knight wrote it, you are going to love it :)

    30. 😻That was a really emotionally good read. I needed that. Definitely reading the rest of these books. Definitely will need more tissues.
